What Makes Us Unique Our Mission Statement
The Beyond Me team has experienced many personal issues facing women today; including divorce, the struggles of parenting and caring for aging parents, physical abuse, and addictions. We have also struggled with strife in our churches, splits, mergers, and revival. Yet, through these struggles, we found how to use our God-given gifts to bring an authentic and creative message to women as a team.
Our purpose is to move women to desire seeking the Lord and the belief that they too can have a changed life, no matter what path they have taken.
We each have a God-given passion to reach women -- believers and non-believers -- with the precious message that God loves us, died for each of us, and no sin has the power to keep us from that love or His saving grace, and a life endowed with hope. Our message focuses on this one point: we are all sinners, but we can all have changed lives through Christ.
We are blessed with a wonderful team of godly, gifted, and prayerful women. We often say, "It is beyond us how God has used our struggles and life experiences to spark change in the lives of others." Beyond Me feels privileged to point the way to a passionate and personal relationship with Christ. We are everyday, ordinary women led to encourage women to live beyond themselves in their daily lives because we serve a radical God.
Beyond Me Ministries exists to encourage women to live life beyond themselves by focusing on Jesus to radically change their lives and the lives of those they know. Beyond Me focuses on the truth that we are all called to live life beyond ourselves, just as Jesus did. Changing the lives of women means changing their families, churches, schools, and their communities.
Our Belief Statement
Beyond Me Ministries is non-denominational but founded on the following beliefs:
The Holy Bible is the living, active and inspired word of God.
God exists as three persons in the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Jesus Christ was born of a virgin; was fully human yet fully God, lived a sinless life, and was crucified as a sacrifice, according to God's plan, to pay the penalty for man's sins.
Jesus defeated death, was resurrected, and is alive today.
Salvation comes to man only through faith in Jesus Christ.
The Holy Spirit dwells in every person who has put their faith in Christ.
Jesus Christ will return to Earth as King and take us home with Him.

Do you have a hard time inviting friends to church? We have designed the conference with your friends in mind. Have they been hurt by someone in a church and won't return? Are they uncomfortable around "churchy" people? If so, invite them to this conference. We want to help you minister to their spirits. Beyond Me is concentrated on helping you reach your friends and community.

We have led conferences together since 2002 and we've seen first hand what God can accomplish when women draw close to Him and His truths. We are committed to helping those seeking and needing help to connect with the resources they need.

Laura Harris
Alene SnodgrassAlene loves to inspire, equip and challenge women to live a purposeful life with Christ. For 10 years, Alene has taught dozens of Bible studies, spoken at and organized numerous women's events and conferences. She has published a Bible study and contributed to several compilation books. Her passion for God’s Word is obvious as she encourages women to live a passionate and personal life with God. She says, “I realized that to live a radical life, I had to lean on God for everything. I finally understood my life’s purpose was beyond me – way beyond me!” Alene is a CLASS graduate. 
Kristen Reyna
Kristen is a creative dramatist, singer and writer. Her passion and purpose is to connect with women through ordinary life experiences reflected through her drama and song. She enjoys encouraging men and women in conferences, retreats and training events. Her devotion to getting people plugged into ministries within the church is phenomenal. Kristen's creative style is timely, thought provoking and inspiring. She is clearly gifted to reach the hearts of others as she pours out her soul to capture and relate with the struggles women face today. Kristen has a passionate desire to fill every woman’s heart with HOPE for a better tomorrow.
Tonya Webber
As an accomplished writer and communicator, a former broadcast journalist, and practicing trial attorney, Tonya never fails to deliver a piercing and provocative message. There is nothing more important to her than watching “the light come on” for women. Showing women their potential, helping them see God’s plan for their lives, and teaching them to tap into the sweet sound of His leadings, is what women’s ministry is all about for her. Tonya spices up her presentations with original comedy, drama, and music. She will motivate you to take center stage in the script God has written exclusively for you.
