for Host Church

Beyond Me believes in partnering with churches to reach more women for Christ. The team believes their purpose is to effectively use the gifts God has given them so that the body of Christ may be encouraged and built up.

Should you decide to book the Beyond Me team it is our desire to work with you to plan, promote and put into action an incredible day where women will be inspired, challenged and changed. The teams commitment to you and your women will not end at the close of the conference; we aim to build relationships beyond the event through weekly devotionals, internet prayer, and Bible study groups.

Below is a general description of what you and your church are responsible for; as well as what the team provides. Each church and conference is unique, so this description is not all inclusive. The team will work diligently with you to customize your conference to fit your needs and specific requests.


Host Church Responsibilities:

Provide facility (worship center, sanctuary, or auditorium) with adequate seating. 

Provide tables and volunteers for registration.

Provide tables and volunteers to work each Beyond Me team members table.

Provide 1 (one) Conference Coordinator. This person will work hand-in-hand with one Beyond Me ministry team member. This volunteer will gather other volunteers to help organize and coordinate the conference. This person needs to have the authority to independently make changes and adjustments as needed. 

Provide Praise and Worship Music or Band.

Provide sound and technical equipment (mic’s, dvd player, cd player, screen and Power Point).

Provide someone to work and oversee all media and sound  equipment.


Promote, Promote, Promote!

Beyond Me Ministries Responsibilities:

Provide one Team Member as the Conference Coordinator for Host Church to communicate with.

Provide all documents for advertising and registering. (samples available by request)

Provide help, suggestions, and feed back to assure you have a successful event.

Provide speakers, drama, video and special music.

Provide conference materials for those registered.

Provide follow-up care through prayer, devotionals, Bible study and interactive Internet websites.

Provide an incredible conference experience where women are challenged to grow in the Lord.
